Dr Karsten Machholz

Head of Supply Chain Management

Dr. Machholz joined Biopartners in 2006 as Head of Supply Chain Management. As "Fachtechnischer Leiter", he is the responsible person for quality and pharmacovigilance issues in Switzerland and is the contact person for the Swissmedic. Prior to this he held various senior positions with strategic and operational responsibilities in multinational companies where he gained substantial experience in supply chain management. He served Boehringer Ingelheim as Corporate Manager Process Optimization, Cap Gemini as Senior Strategic Consultant and 3M Germany GmbH as European Quality Manager and Auditor. Dr. Machholz holds a PhD from the Georg-August University in Gottingen.
